Boot Camp - 6-23-09

We started off with group stretches and a warm up. We then broke up into six ability groups. The three fastest groups went to the roof to run.
The run was - jog one lap and sprint one lap; jog one lap and sprint two laps; jog one lap and sprint three laps; jog one lap and sprint two laps; and job one lap and sprint one lap (little over two miles at a fast pace).
After the run, our group went back to the gym to use the body bars. This was a killer upper body workout. My arms were wobbly afterwards.
We finished with an abs workout that I thought would never end.
Some days I wonder why I do this craziness and then I come home and see my family and know exactly why...
