Boot Camp - 6-11-09

After our warm up we broke into three ability groups. The groups took turns at three different stations.

My group started off with running on the roof. I ran a little over one mile at about 8:00 pace. We were sprinting the straightaways and jogging the curves.

We went to the gym next and did a body bar workout. My arms were rubber afterwards.

In our last station we did exercises on our own: seven push ups, seven lunges, and seven monkey benders. This was at a fast pace to get as many reps out as possible.

The best part of boot camp or any cross training is the change of routine. Its good to shock your body with different exercises or at least different workouts.
