Boot Camp - 6-8-09

The workout was a run with exercises thrown in every few minutes (one whistle = push ups, two whistles = squats, three whistles = flutter kicks). I was running at about 8:30 pace and was almost done with three miles when we finished.
We moved to the tennis courts and did more group exercises (abs and upper body). Once again I was a sweaty mess, but at least we were outside. I am grateful for the rest day yesterday, I was starting to feel worn down.
