Recovery Run - 6-8-09

I decided to run five miles this afternoon. I ran about three miles at boot camp this morning and did not want to over do it this week.
Speaking of over doing it, I totally blew the pace on this run - my splits were: 8:57, 9:07, 9:30, 9:22, and 9:23. For some reason I got confused and ran closer to a 9:17 pace instead of the 10:17 pace that I was supposed to be running.
I was not tired and my legs felt fine, but I did feel like I was moving faster than I needed to be on a recovery run (and I was)...
