Boot Camp - 7-13-09

They're back... The Marines were back in force at Boot Camp today. Their mission was apparently to make my arms fall off!

It really does not matter how hard you workout during the Boot Camp breaks because the Marines are going to make you feel like its your first day anyway...

We started with group exercises and then went to the roof and ran on the track. After about half a mile we moved to the middle of the roof and did sprints. After sprints we went back inside to the gym and did a crazy upper body and abdominal workout.

It is amazing what the weight of your own body can feel like when you have your arms elevated doing circles for fifteen minutes.
