Boot Camp - 7-27-09

Another hard day at Boot Camp...

After group stretches and exercises we broke into six groups and ran to the roof.

We did an Indian Run for about two miles. Before we finished the run we did some suicide sprints on the tennis court. After the sprints we finished our run.

After running as a group we lined up for more suicide sprints and lunges. We ended the workout with an upper body workout (mostly from our knees).
