Recovery Run - 8-16-09

I ran my recovery run on Sunday again. This worked out well last week and I am hoping for the same results.

I ran the four miles as slow as I possible could (10:23. 10:39, 10:41, 10:35). This was even slower than what my schedule called for and it felt pretty good.

I am not going to Boot Camp on Monday and will be doing my seven mile tempo run on my own due to my son starting school this week. Planning ahead is the only way I can get all of my training in and do everything else I need to do.
