Recovery Run - 8-9-08

I ran a short four mile recovery run today. I decided to change this run to Sunday morning instead of Monday afternoons so I could beat the heat.

I ran near my house and made a point to do this run as slow as I could stand it (10:40, 11:03, 11:08, 10:32). I finished up with 100 push ups and then stretched for about 10 minutes.

It was good to sleep in a little and then get out and do a quick run. I know I will be happy I did this when I feel the heat tomorrow afternoon.
