Boot Camp - 8-10-09

Boot Camp was brutal! We had to carry a body bar for the whole workout.

The workout consisted of us running with the body bar, doing upper body with the body bar, running with the body bar, doing abs with the body bar, running with the body bar, and of course sweating with the body bar!

At the end of the workout, we celebrated Adnon's birthday by doing twenty seven triple threats (flutter kicks, hello dollies, and leg lifts) - with the body bar.

If I would have been able to lift the body bar I may have swung it at Adnon...
