Palmetto 200 - SAY SOMETHING!

Only three more days until the Palmetto 200!

My team this year is a six person Ultra team - SAY SOMETHING!

We are named after one of our favorite "motivators" soon to be US Marine Lt. Emde.  

One of his favorite ways to motivate us is to yell, "Say Something!".  

At one point during a Boot Camp session, he yelled so much he was coughing up blood!  That is just hardcore!

Friday (the 13th) we will start our epic two hundred plus mile trek from our state's capital (Columbia) to the South Carolina coast (James Island).
