Boot Camp - 6-15-09

Mondays at Boot Camp are always a treat. The Marines come in ready to yell and we always have people coming in late.

We started off with group exercises to get the heart rate up and then went to the roof in ability groups to run Indian Runs.

We got in two miles at about 9:00 pace. I was trying not to hold back at all on the sprints and it felt good. The group's pace was a little slow, but the next group up from mine only had five people and they were running sub 7:00 pace. I think our group needed to be split up into two groups.

We finished up with abs, arms and legs for the last part of the workout. I was wiped out.
