Boot Camp - 6-29-09

No Marines this morning for Boot Camp. I met a few of the die hard boot campers at the gym this morning and we did a group workout. The next boot camp session does not start for another week.

We stretched and did some group exercises and then ran on the track. I completed a mile and a half (8:30+). My legs are still a little tight from last week, but running on the inside track was nice for a change.

We did a body bar workout next. It was a great upper body and abdominal workout. We used a heavy bar and light bar to work on strength and form.

Kem led the workout and did a great job, even if he is a lunatic...
