Boot Camp - 7-30-09

We finished up the week with another hard day at Boot Camp.

We started off with a group stretch and warm up and then broke into two large groups and went to the track on the roof to do a cadence run. We ran about two miles yelling out cadence the whole way.

After the run, we went to the center of the roof and ran several suicide sprints. Then we got in a box formation and did an upper body and abdominal workout.

We did a sprint around the track and then came back for more. Good workout...
