Setting Goals for Another Year
Its that time again...
Time to look back at last year and set some goals for the new year.
2010
- Ran the Cooper River Bridge 10k under 52:00 (48:59 - new PR)
- Ran the Palmetto200 Relay
- Ran the Qu'est-ce que c'est? 12 Hour Run (run more than 31 miles) (ran 50.5 miles! - PR)
- Finished the Monumental Marathon in Indianapolis on my 40th birthday
- Finished a marathon under four hours (3:59:47 - New PR)
Here are a few of my goals for this year:

- Maintained my weight
- Ran a 5k under 23:50 (23:28 - new PR)- Ran the Cooper River Bridge 10k under 52:00 (48:59 - new PR)
- Ran the Palmetto200 Relay
- Ran the Qu'est-ce que c'est? 12 Hour Run (run more than 31 miles) (ran 50.5 miles! - PR)

- Ran two marathons in two weeks

- Finish the Charleston Marathon
- Run the Qu'est-ce que c'est? 12 Hour Run (run more than 50 miles)
- Finish the Charleston Marathon
- Finish another marathon under four hours
- Finish the New York City Marathon on my 41st birthday (under four hours)
- Finish the New York City Marathon on my 41st birthday (under four hours)
- Finish two Ultra Marathons (31 miles +)
- Run at least two trail races
So there it is... A list of goals... In writing... again...
Now all I have to do is keep on running and keep making it an adventure!
